(State of the Nation Address) The president of the Philippines, Pres. Benigno Aquino II 2nd SONA live stream will be available via live telecast on local televisions in the Philippines in July 25, 2011, Monday. All have been prepared as well as the people and militant groups condemning that there is no accomplishment at all by the Aquino government.
